PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUL7TY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1443 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FINDING CONFORMITY <br />WITH THE GENERAL PLAN FOR ACQUISITION OF A21 <br />EASEMENT WITHIN TRACT 3187 AND TRACT 3136. <br />WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65402 (a) requires that <br />conformity with the General Plan must be made prior <br />to dedication of easements to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed dedication of <br />an easement for an off-site sanitary sewer line <br />on the undeveloped portion of Tentative Tract 3187 <br />and through Tentative Tract 3136. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the above- <br />listed dedication of an easement within Tract 3187 <br />and Tract 3136 is in conformance with the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 2.
