CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-25 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> REPLACEMENT OF WATER STORAGE TANK 900, SANTOS RANCH <br /> ROAD, PROJECT NO. 86-38, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR <br /> BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:25), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for replacement of <br /> water storage tank 900 on Santos Ranch Road, Project No. <br /> 86-38, and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 20, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Replacement of Water Storage Tank 900, Santos Ranch <br /> Road, Project No. 86-38. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Wilson <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ ~ <br />/James R.'Walker, ~ity Clerk ' <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ROVED S T FORM' <br /> <br /> 1 t <br /> p~ ~v . ~acDona d, Ci y Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
