PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1455 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL THE RETENTION <br />OF ZONING FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES NOTED IN <br />RZ-76-14. <br />the Planning Commission, on October 13, 1976, reviewed <br />zoning for certain properties identified by Zoning Unit <br />Nos. 151-A-F; and <br />a public hearing was held on this application at which <br />time pertinent maps, drawings and documents were <br />reviewed. <br />THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council that the following properties retain their <br />existing zoning: <br />1. Approximately 18.6 acres located at the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and <br />Foothill Road - (R-1-6500 (Single Family) District). <br />2. Approximately 10 acres located on the east side <br />of Rose Avenue between Pleasanton Avenue and Fair <br />Street - (RM-1500 (Multiple Residential) District). <br />3. Approximately 14 acres located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Vineyard Avenue and <br />Pico Avenue - (R-1-6500 (Single Family) District). <br />4. Approximately 67 acres located immediately east <br />of Hopyard Road between the Arroyo Mocho and the <br />Sports and Recreation Park - (A (Agricultural) <br />District). <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission continued the review of ap- <br />proximately 120 acres located west of Foothill Road <br />near its intersection with Bernal Avenue to November 10, <br />1976 and approximately 53 acres located south of Minnie <br />Street between Sunol Boulevard and the eastern City <br />Limit line to December 8, 1976. <br />
