PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1459 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON FINDING CONFORMITY WITH THE GENERAL <br />PLAN FOR THE DEDICATION OF TWO STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />AND ONE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT. <br />(WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65402(a) requires that con- <br />fortuity with the General Plan must be made prior to <br />the acquisition of property by the City; and <br />(WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />proposed property dedications; <br />1. Dedication of land for the widening of Stanley <br />Boulevard noted on Parcel Map 1453. <br />2. Dedication of land for easements on First <br />Street in front of the Pleasanton Glass pro- <br />perty at 4337 First Street. <br />3. Dedication of land for the widening of Valley <br />Avenue at the northeast corner of the inter- <br />section of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that :. the above- <br />listed dedications are in conformance with the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 2.
