PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1466 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO REZONE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 4224 STANLEY BOULEVARD, FROM THE C-S (COM- <br />MERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT TO THE O (OFFICE) DISTRICT. <br />Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Bottini have applied to the Planning <br />Commission for an ordinance amendment to rezone a <br />parcel of land located at 4224 Stanley Boulevard from <br />the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the O (Office) <br />District; and <br />on November 10, 1976, the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing on this case and reviewed pertinent maps, <br />drawings and testimony; and <br />S, the Planning Commission found that this property is <br />located adjacent to commercial service uses as well as <br />residential uses; and <br />REAS, in an effort to alleviate some of the friction which <br />exists in the types of land uses intermingled in this <br />area, the staff and Commission recommend rezoning this <br />property to a less nuisance creating activity. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of an ordinance amendment to rezone pro- <br />perty at 4224 Stanley Boulevard frm the C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District to the O (Office) District. <br />(Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from <br />the date of passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />
