Price quoted does not include PVC material for making the field joint. Price includes delivery "FOB Jobsite" and shall be unloaded by the purchaser with suitable power equipment. Stand-by time for trucks in excess of one hour will be charged at the rate of $75.00 per hour. One rubber gasket will be furnished with each rubber gasket joint pipe section for making the field joint. The above price is based on furnishing 160 pounds of gasket lubricant for making the field joints. Gasket lubricant furnished in excess of the stated amount will be charged at $0.50 per pound. The quoted price is based on delivering pipe in full truckload lots. Material ordered delivered in less than truckload lots will be subject to an additional charge. The cost of flagmen and traffic barricades necessary to control traffic while trucks are unloaded, and the cost of all dunnage, earth berms, or other suitable material for supporting the pipe while the pipe is stored, will be for the Buyer's account. Under present conditions, we expect to be able to complete delivery ten (10) weeks from receipt of approved drawings, but not before seventeen (17) weeks from receipt of an order. Prior to start of pipe production, Buyer and Seller will agree on a firm job delivery schedule. Deliveries shall be accepted by Buyer in accordance with said schedule, or not later than thirty (30) calendar days following the date or dates agreed to. In the event delivery is not accepted by Buyer, as stated above, Seller may invoice Buyer the pipe purchase amount. In addition, Seller may invoice Buyer reasonable charges for storage, reyarding, and repairs as may be made necessary by prolonged storage.
