Finance <br />3. Accepted Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for September 2007 <br />Fire <br />4. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement to Emergency <br />Equipment Management, Inc., in the amount $679,556 for Self Contained Breathing <br />Apparatus and approve a supplemental budget appropriation from carryover reserves for <br />said purchase <br />Parks and Community Services <br />5. Approved appointments of Deborah Walh, Ralph Rajs and Joe Streng to the Trails Ad Hoc <br />Committee and re-designate the representatives from East Bay Regional Park District, <br />Zone Water Agency, and Pleasanton Police Department as non-voting advisors <br />6. Approved the FY 2008/09 City Grant Application Packet and Identification of Funding <br />Priorities <br />Councilmember Sullivan clarified that the Council had a priority for the Community Services <br />Commission to re-evaluate the City Grant program. <br />City Manager Fialho said a notification card was sent out to all non-profit groups in the Tri-Valley <br />encouraging them to get involved in the application process and that staff is conducting more <br />outreach by way of this mechanism and additional policy discussions with the Human Services <br />Commission. <br />Councilmember Cook-Kallio asked that the applications also be filled out on-line. <br />Councilmember Sullivan wanted to ensure the entire process be reviewed because some <br />Commission members felt it was a barrier to receiving funds. <br />Planning <br />7. Public Hearing: PDAM-1, Don Reber, BRE Properties, Inc. -Introduced Ordinance No. <br />1964 approving an application for a modification to the Development Agreement for <br />Hacienda Business Park to extend the Agreement for afive-year period from 2008 to 2013 <br />for nine properties within Phase I and Phase II of the Park <br />9. Pulled and moved to the Meeting Open to the Public -Second reading of Ordinance <br />No. 1961 approving the application of James Tong, Charter Properties (Oak Grove <br />Development), for PUD Development Plan approval, as filed under Case PUD <br />10. Pulled and moved to the Meeting Open to the Public -Second reading of Ordinance <br />No. 1962 approving a Development Agreement between the City Of Pleasanton and <br />Jennifer Lin and Frederic Lin regarding the Oak Grove Development <br />Kay Ayala requested removing Consent Items 9 and 10 from the Calendar and placing them on <br />the regular agenda. <br />City Council Minutes 2 November 6, 2007 <br />
