Approved the FY 2008/09 City Grant Application Packet and Identification of Funding <br />Priorities <br />Councilmember Sullivan clarified that the Council had a priority for the Community Services <br />Commission to re-evaluate the City Grant program. <br />City Manager Fialho said a notification card was sent out to all non-profit groups in the Tri-Valley <br />encouraging them to get involved in the application process and that staff is conducting more <br />outreach by way of this mechanism and additional policy discussions with the Human Services <br />Commission. <br />Councilmember Cook-Kallio asked that the applications also be filled out on-line. <br />Councilmember Sullivan wanted to ensure the entire process be reviewed because some <br />Commission members felt it was a barrier to receiving funds. <br />Planning <br />7.
