PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1470 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING DESIGN PLANS FOR AN INDUSTRIAL <br />BUILDING AT 5726 SONOMA DRIVE. <br />J. Jack Bras, on behalf of Mini-Systems, Inc., has <br />applied for design review approval for a proposed 3,300 <br />sq. ft. industrial building to be located at 5726 Sonoma <br />Drive; and <br />zoning for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) Dis- <br />trict; and <br />this case was scheduled to be heard by the Design Review <br />Board on November 10, 1976, at which time it was con- <br />tinued to the Planning Commission hearing pending <br />review of the General Plan amendment for that site; and <br />on November 10, the Planning Commission held a hearing <br />on this application and reviewed pertinent maps, drawing: <br />documents and testimony; and <br />the Planning Commission, serving as the Design Review <br />Board, found that the design plans are consistent with <br />the purposes of Section 2-10.04, Article 19, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />ection 1. The Planning Commission approves Z-76-180, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That except as modified by conditions #2 and #3 <br />below, the development be substantially the same <br />as shown on the site plan, elevations, landscape <br />plan, and perspective, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />~~ <br />2. That the building be moved back approximately thre e <br />feet from the front property line so that no portio <br />of the front wall of the building is closer than <br />25 feet from said property line. <br />3. That the planter along the western boundary line of <br />j the subject site be at least three feet in width. <br />
