PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1476 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AS PETITIONED <br />UNDER RZ-76-24. <br />the Planning Commission at their meeting of December 8, <br />1976, initiated an ordinance amendment to rezone ap- <br />proximately 33 acres located on the south side of <br />Stanley Boulevard and east of the A & R Service Center <br />from the S (Study) District to the C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at that same hearing they initiated an ordinance amend- <br />ment to also include approximately 37 acres located <br />immediately to the east of that property to be rezoned <br />from the A (Agricultural) District to the C-S (Commerc <br />Service) District. <br />THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of an ordinance amendment to rezone the <br />approximately 33 acre parcel located on the south side <br />of Stanley Boulevard and east of the A & R Service Centex <br />from the S (Study) District to the C-S (Commercial Ser- <br />vice District, and to rezone approximately 37 acres lyinc <br />immediately east of that property from the A (Agricul- <br />tural) District to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, <br />
