PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1477 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT PERTAINING TO PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />FOR MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered an ordinance <br />amendment to Sec. 2-9.16, Article 16, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />to require two parking spaces per unit for multiple <br />residential dwelling units containing three or more <br />bedrooms and to require visitor parking in the ratio <br />of one space for each seven units on a multiple <br />residential site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the testimony <br />received at the public hearing, together with the <br />staff report and other material in making its deter- <br />mination. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council the adoption of the ordinance amendment as <br />contained in the draft ordinance attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective upon passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />
