: · ~ .,'~' 844093 <br /> ~ ' ~.. 1-9-85 <br /> <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF VACATION OF A PORTION OF ' <br /> SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> All that real property situate in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br /> State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Being a portion of Santa Rita Road as shown on Parcel Map No. 4390, filed <br /> December 14, 1984 in Book 149 of Maps at pages 59-63, Official Records of <br /> Alameda County, as shown on the attached plat, more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Santa Rita Road, said point being <br /> on the easterly line of Lot 2 of said Parcel Map No. 4390, said point also <br /> being at the southerly terminus of the course described as N 1° 02' 00" W <br /> 121.36 feet, as shown on said Parcel Map No. 4390; thence northerly along said <br /> westerly line of Santa Rita Road, N 1° 02' 00" W 121.36 feet to a point of cusp <br /> with a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 22.50 feet and to <br /> which point a radial line bears S 76° 16' 01" W; thence leaving said westerly <br /> line of Santa Rita Road southeasterly 10.53 feet along said curve through a <br /> central angle of 26° 48' 13" to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the <br /> southwest having a radius of 21.50 feet and to which point a radial line bears <br /> N 49° 27' 48" E; thence southeasterly and southerly 14.82 feet along said curve <br /> through a central angle of 39~ 30' 12"; thence S 1° 02' 00" E 21.76 feet to the <br /> beginning of a curve concave to the west having a radius of 249.50 feet; thence <br /> southerly 42.47 feet along said curve through a central angle of 9° 45' 07"; <br /> thence S 8° 43' 07" W 34.80 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Containing 785 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br /> Reserving therefrom a public service easement lying entirely within the above <br /> described parcel of land. <br /> <br /> <br />
