necessary to ensure coripliance with the regulation, <br />general provision, or condition. [~?ithin ten (10) <br />days following the date of a decision of the <br />Commission revoking a Home Occupation permj.t, the <br />Secretary shall transmit to the City Council <br />written notice of the decision. The decision <br />shall. become final 15 days following the date on <br />which the use permit was revoked or on the day <br />following the next meeting of the Council, <br />whichever is later, unless an appeal. has been <br />taken to the Council, or unless the Council shall <br />elect to review and decline to affirm the decision <br />of the Commission. <br />Section 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase <br />of this ordinance is for any reason held by court of <br />competent jur.isdi.ction to he invalid, such a decision shall. <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />hereby declares that i.t would have passed this ordinance and <br />each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact any one or more sections, <br />subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared <br />invalid. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br />days after the date ci ~_ts final passage and adoption. <br />Section 4.
