PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1479 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT UP-76-28, GRANTED ON NOVEMBER 10, 1976. <br />Thomas Richert and Casa Verde Nursery applied for and <br />received approval of a conditional use permit to allow <br />the sale of landscape materials on the Casa Verde <br />Nursery property at 5515 Sunol Boulevard; and <br />this approval was given subject to the findings and <br />conditions contained in Resolution No. 1465; and <br />on December 8, 1976, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />a request to modify said conditional use permit to add <br />a wood and glass structure to be used as an office on <br />the business site at 5515 Sunol Boulevard; and <br />a public hearing on this modification was held on <br />December 8, 1976 and the applicant and members of the <br />public were allowed to present testimony for and against <br />the modification. <br />the Planning Commission reviewed photographs of the <br />structure and a site plan indicating the location where <br />the building will be placed and considered the informa- <br />tion contained in the staff report, as well as testi- <br />mony received during the public hearing. <br />THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does resolve as follows: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the modification to <br />UP-76-28, to locate the structure for office purposes <br />
