PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1480 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF <br />RZ-7622. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on January 12, 1977, held a <br />hearing to review rezoning of approximately 53 acres <br />of land located south of Minnie Street between Sunol <br />Boulevard and the eastern City Limit line; and <br />WHEREAS, the staff recommendation was to place the property <br />entirely in the Planned Unit Development (Medium Density <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, all pertinent testimony, documents, maps and drawings <br />were reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />that the portions of the property now zoned RM-2500 <br />and R-1 be rezoned to the Planned Unit Development <br />(Medium Density Residential), while retaining the <br />easterly portion in the A (Agricultural) District as <br />shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />by reference herein. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />
