PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1482 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF RZ-76-25. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on January 12, 1977, held a <br />public hearing to review properties located in the <br />block bounded by Augustine Street, West Angela Street, <br />the future extension of Peters Avenue and Bernal Avenue, <br />to recommend rezoning of the property from C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at that same hearing, also <br />proposed to adjust the existing O (Office) District <br />boundary on the north side of Bernal Avenue between <br />Main Street and Harrison Street to coincide with the <br />lot lines of all of those properties with frontage on <br />Bernal Avenue plus Assessor's Parcel 94-156-15-5; and <br />(WHEREAS, all pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony <br />were received by the Planning Commission at the schedul <br />public hearing, and the following findings were made: <br />1. That the proposed rezoning would be in conformance <br />with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of an ordinance to rezone the property <br />
