Section 1. Recommend to the City Council amending Sec. 2-7.08(a) <br />of Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton by deleting the category <br />"food stores and supermarkets" and add the category <br />"food markets including supermarkets, convenience <br />markets and specialty markets" making them conditional <br />uses in the C-N, C-C and C-R Districts. <br />Section 2.
