PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1494 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COPIiIMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE MASTER <br />PLAN FOR HERITAGE VALLEY PARK. <br />WHEREAS, a master plan for Heritage Valley Park has been proposed <br />for adoption; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental assessment in the form of an Initial <br />Study of the proposed project has been conducted in <br />conjunction with review of said proposed master plan; <br />and <br />HEREAS, the Planning Commission on February 9, 1977, reviewed <br />the potential environmental impacts associated with <br />this proposed project as identified in the Initial <br />Study; and <br />HEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this <br />matter at the February 9, 1977, meeting at which <br />time an opportunity was allowed to hear public testimony <br />on the potential environmental impacts of the project <br />and there was no public testimony; <br />OW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />ection 1. The Planning Commission finds that the master plan <br />for Heritage Valley Park could not have a significant <br />effect on the environment. <br />ection 2.
