PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1495 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE MASTER <br />PLAN FOR HERITAGE VALLEY PARK. <br />WHEREAS, the master plan for Heritage Valley Park was scheduled <br />for review by the Planning Commission on February 9, <br />1977; and <br />REAS, all pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony <br />were received and reviewed by the Planning Commission <br />on that date; and <br />the Planning Commission, prior to review of the <br />master plan itself, made the finding that the plan <br />could not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. To recommend to the City Council the approval of <br />the 4.5 acre site located at the northwest corner <br />of Kolln Street and Peregrine Way. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON on the 9th day of February, 19.77, by the <br />following vote: <br />
