CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-18 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PROPERTY BEING <br /> ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER ANNEXATION <br /> NUMBER 115 AS AMENDED TO INCLUDE THE OTTO AND LEWIS <br /> PROPERTIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br /> the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br /> annexation and an annexation application to LAFCO as <br /> filed under Annexation No. 115; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br /> City limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br /> General Plan so that said properties will not <br /> automatically be put into an "S" (Study) District when <br /> they are annexed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That prezoning to any zoning district consistent with <br /> the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> initiated for the following property: <br /> <br /> Approximately 3.5 acres located on both sides of Old <br /> Dublin Canyon Road, west of the intersection of Foothill <br /> Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KEN <br /> <br />asR.~alker, City Clerk ' <br /> ~y Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
