PIANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1300 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton upholding the appeal of <br />L. Michael Lyon to the decision of the Zoning <br />Administrator denying his application to conduct <br />the telephone/bookkeeping phases of an interior <br />decorating business from his residence at <br />2515 Willowren Way, in a single-family district. <br />WHEREAS, the appeal of L. Michael Lyon to an adverse <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator to conduct <br />the bookkeeping/telephone phases of an interior <br />decorating business from his residence address <br />at 2515 Willowren Way, Pleasanton, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application <br />and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton does hereby uphold the appeal of <br />L. Michael Lyon and grants his request to conduct <br />said interior decorating business from his resi- <br />dence, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That no material, supplies or equipment used <br />in the business be stored on the property at <br />any time. <br />2. That the activities carried out at 2515 <br />Willowren Way in connection with the business <br />be limited to bookkeeping and phone use only. <br />3. That the property address not be contained <br />in any advertising done for the business. <br />4. That no customers come to the property in <br />connection with the business. <br />5. That no vehicular traffic of any type be <br />generated in connection with the business. <br />6. That this application is granted fora period <br />of one (1) year from the date of this approval <br />and at that time the proponent either cease <br />operation or reapply to the City for extension <br />of the home occupation permit; it is further <br />understood that if there are complaints within <br />this one year period from surrounding property <br />owners or neighbors, this matter will be reviewed <br />again by the Planning Commission. <br />7. That except as modified by Paragraphs One <br />through Six above, all regulations enumerated <br />in Section 2-10.17, Article 20, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton (copy attached), be complied with. <br />
