CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF NCR <br /> CORPORATION/BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 34,670 SQ. FT. OFFICE <br /> BUILDING TO BE LOCATED ON AN APPROXIMATELY 3.6 ACRE SITE <br /> ON THE WEST SIDE OF KOLL CENTER PARKWAY ADJACENT TO <br /> 1-680 (PUD-80-2-3D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NCR Corporation/Bernal Avenue Associates have applied <br /> for design approval for an approximately 34,670 sq. ft. <br /> office building to be located on an approximately 3.6 <br /> acre site on the west side of Koll Center Parkway <br /> adjacent to 1-680; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 6, 1987 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of NCR Corporation/Bernal <br /> Avenue Associates for design review approval for an <br /> approximately 34,670 sq. ft. office building on an <br /> approximately 3.6 acre site located on the west side of <br /> Koll Center Parkway adjacent to 1-680, subject to the <br /> conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
