PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0._1301 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission recommend- <br />ing to the City Council the adoption of RZ-74-2. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has reviewed an application to amend Sec. 2-6.02, <br />Article 4; Section 2-6.03, Article 4; Section <br />2-7.08, Article 8; and Section 2-7.21(1), <br />Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton, to allow various <br />uses to be automatically and conditionally <br />permitted in the A (Agricultural), C-C (Central <br />Commercial), C-S (Commercial Service) and I-P <br />(Industrial Park) Districts, has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission. of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application <br />and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby recommends to ttie Citg Council <br />the adoption of RZ-74-2, as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 2-6.02 (Permitted Uses), <br />Article 4, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended <br />by the addition of subsection h to read as follows <br />"h. Adminis trative offices for on-site and <br />off-site agricultural activities which <br />are clearly ancillary [o the agricultural <br />pursuits taking place on the site." <br />Section 2. Section 2-6.03 (Conditional Uses), <br />Article 4, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended <br />by the addition of subsection gg as follows: <br />"gg. Wood sales and storage yards for <br />unmilled lumber." <br />Section 3. Section 2-7.08 (Permitted and Condi- <br />tional Usea), Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is <br />hereby amended to include saddleries as a permitte <br />use in the C-S (Commercial Service) District and <br />wood sales and storage for unmilled lumber as <br />conditionally permitted uses in the C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br />Section 4. Subsection (1) (I-P - Industrial <br />park District), Section 2-7.21 (Conditional Uses), <br />Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended <br />by the addition of a subsection h to read as <br />follows: <br />"h. Wood sales and storage yards for <br />unmilled Lumber." <br />
