PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1302 <br />A resolution of intention of the Planning <br />Commission to hold a Public Hearing to amend <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />to allow trailer parks as a conditional use <br />in the C-S (Commercial Service) District. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has made the determination that <br />said ordinance amendment to the City Code <br />be considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby adopt a resolution <br />of intention to hold a Public Hearing to amend <br />Section 2-7.08, Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, <br />to allow trailer parks as a conditional use in <br />the C-S (Commercial Service) District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of June, 1974, by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Carrigan, <br />McLain, Wood and Chairman <br />Pereira <br />Commissioner Pons <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: June 12, 1,9714 <br />Attest: ~~~ <br />Robert J.
