PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1308 <br />A resolution of the Planning Coansission of the <br />City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council <br />the adoption of GP-74-7. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Morrison Homes for an amendment <br />to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton from <br />high density residential to medium density residentia <br />for that approximately 23 acres of land located <br />between the Del Valle Parkway, Hopyard Road and the <br />Arroyo del Valle, Pleasanton, has come before this <br />Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />and has made the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than oow <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend to the <br />City Council the adoption of GPA-74-7, as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of August, 1974, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Date: August 14, 1974 <br />Attest: ~ ' ~ ~-~; <br />Robert J.
