PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1310 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission approving <br />UP-74-14. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Twin Valley Y.M.C.A. fora con- <br />ditional use permit to allow the operation of a YMCA <br />center (including offices) in a RM-15 (Multiple Family <br />Residential) zoning district, at 287 Rose Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Cov®ission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent ma pa, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton approves said application subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the activities carried out at 287 Rose <br />Avenue be only those enumerated in the letter from <br />Mr. Babington, Exhibit "A" on file with the Planning <br />Department, and that if the YMCA wishes to conduct <br />teen-age activities at the site, that the conditional <br />use permit be reviewed at that time. <br />2. That this use permit is valid only for as long <br />as the subject property remains under its present <br />ownership with the possibility of renewal at time of <br />sale. <br />3. That the deteriorated section of sidewalk near <br />the driveway in front of the subject property be <br />repaired and restored to a hazard-free condition. <br />4. That the entire front and side yards be rototilled <br />and seeded with grass and that this grass be maintained <br />in good condition at all times. <br />5. That all debris be removed from the subject site. <br />6. That the upstairs of the house be used for <br />administrative and storage functions only and not for <br />assembly purposes. <br />7. That prior to any programs to which the general <br />public may be invited, notice must be given to the <br />Fire Department and inspection carried out by the <br />Fire Prevention Bureau. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 14th day of August, 1974, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Date: August 14, 1974 <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Attest• i1 <br />Robert arris, Secretary <br />Commissioners McLain, Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Commissioners Carrigan and Pons <br />Secretary Harris <br />i'~^~~ <br />L.
