PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION NO. 1312 A resolution designating a project area and approving a preliminary plan for said project area. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has established itself as a Redevelopment Agency in the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, a proposed survey area was designated by resolution of the City Council, Resolution No. 74-108, adopted on May 29, 1974; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33322 of the Health and Safety Code, the Planning Commission has responsibility for selecting one or more project areas comprising all or a portion of the survey area; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is obligated to prepare a preliminary plan for the redevel- opment of each selected project area; and WHEREAS, a proposed project area and preliminary plan for said project area were presented by Redevelopment Staff to the Planning Commission at a special meeting held on August 19, 1974. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLO[dS: 1. That the project area within which the City of Pleasanton's first redevelopment pro- ject shall proceed is that area comprising the entire survey area designated by the City Council by Resolution 74-108, which is more particularly set forth in the map attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. 2. That the preliminary plan prepared pur- suant to Health and Safety Code Section 33324, for the project area referred to in Section 1 above, is hereby adopted by the Planning Com- mission and is more particularly set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 3. That the Secretary to the Planning Com- mission is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this resolution, together with at- tachments, to the Redevelopment Agency pur- suant to Health and Safety Code Section 33325.
