PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1313 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Eouncil <br />the modification of RZ-74-6. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission to <br />rezone from C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to <br />C-S (Commercial Service) District that area bordered <br />by Santa Rita Road, Stanley Boulevard, the eastern <br />City Limit line and the Arroyo del Valle, has come <br />before this Commissiop, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />and has made the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, having made the determination that <br />said rezoning application is in conformance with <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton, recommen <br />to the City Council the adoption of said application <br />with the following modification: <br />That the area beginning at the mobile home <br />park and going easterly to the City Limit <br />line bounded by the Arroyo del Valle on the <br />south and Stanley Boulevard on the north, <br />remain in the C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br />District; with that portion lying westerly <br />of the mobile home park bounded by Santa Rita <br />Road on the west, Stanley Boulevard on the <br />north and the Arroyo del Valle on the south, <br />being rezoned to the C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 11th day of September, 1974, by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />At[est: <br />Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Chairman Pereira <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: September 11, 1974 <br />Attest: "- ~ <br />Robert J.
