PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1317 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton, recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of an ordinance <br />amending Article 16, Chapter 2, Title II of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton for an amendment <br />to the ordinance code of the City relating <br />to parking requirements in Local Improve- <br />ment Districts, has come before this Com- <br />mission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />hereby recommends to the City Council the <br />adoption of an ordinance amending Article <br />16 (Off-Street Parking Facilities), Chapter <br />2, Title II (Zoning and Development) of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, <br />relating to parking requirements in Local <br />Improvement Districts, in accordance with <br />the draft presented by the City Attorney <br />at the October 15, 1974 Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 15th day of October, 1974, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br />McLain, Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: October 15, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />~ _ ~~ ~~ <br />Robert rris, Secretary L.
