PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOT.UTION NO. 1318 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton determining that a <br />refuse transfer station is substantially <br />the same as a sanitary landfill operation. <br />WHEREAS, the request of Pleasanton Garbage Service <br />that the Planning Commission make the deter- <br />mination that a refuse transfer station is <br />substantially the same as a sanitary land- <br />fill operation, was reviewed, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing <br />on this request and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission, <br />hereby makes the determination that a refuse <br />transfer station is substantially the same <br />as a sanitary landfill operation, it is <br />therefore a conditional use in the A (Agri- <br />cultural) District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 15th day of October, 1974, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br /> McLain, Wood and <br /> Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: October 15, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />I/v~ <br />Rober Harris, Secretary L.
