PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1320 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, making the determination that the <br />manufacture and packaging of water soluble and <br />solvent dispersible paint colorant (where no boiling <br />process is involved), is a use which is similar or <br />compatible with the I-P (Industrial Park) concept. <br />WHEREAS, the request of Tenneco Chemicals, Inc., that the <br />Planning Commission make the above-mentioned deter- <br />mination, has been reviewed, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Comsission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a review on this request, and has examined <br />pertinent maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby make the determination <br />that the manufacture and packaging of water soluble <br />and solvent dispersible paint colorant (where no <br />boiling process is involved), is a use which is <br />similar or compatible with the I-P (Industrial Park) <br />concept, and allowable as a permitted use in said <br />district. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 15th day of October, 1974, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Chairman Pereira <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: October 15, 1974 <br />Attest: <br />Robert J.~, riis, Secretary <br />L.
