PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1322 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-74-21. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Bank of America for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the con- <br />struction of an interim bank building on <br />property located on the south side of <br />West Las Positas Boulevard, approximately <br />170 feet west of Hopyard Yard; zoning for <br />the property being C-N (Commercial Neigh- <br />borhood) District, has come before this <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said <br />application, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the bank be developed strictly <br />according to the conditions of approval <br />of Z-74-106, as noted in Design Review <br />Resolution R-74-29, adopted on October 15, <br />1974. <br />2. That if signing is desired for the <br />bank, that it be considered under separate <br />application and that a coordinated overall <br />signing program for the bank be presented. <br />3.
