PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1322 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving UP-74-21. WHEREAS, the application of Bank of America for a conditional use permit to allow the con- struction of an interim bank building on property located on the south side of West Las Positas Boulevard, approximately 170 feet west of Hopyard Yard; zoning for the property being C-N (Commercial Neigh- borhood) District, has come before this Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said application, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the bank be developed strictly according to the conditions of approval of Z-74-106, as noted in Design Review Resolution R-74-29, adopted on October 15, 1974. 2. That if signing is desired for the bank, that it be considered under separate application and that a coordinated overall signing program for the bank be presented. 3. That this conditional use permit is granted for a period of five years from the date of occupancy and that at the end of that five year period, the use must either be completely removed and the property re- turned to its original state, or a new conditional use permit must be applied for.
