PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1323 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the adoption of CPA-74-12. WHEREAS, the application of Willow West Properties for an amendment of the Pleasanton General Plan from Limited Industrial, General In- dustrial, Highway Commercial, Service Commercial, Professional and Administrative Offices and Parks and Recreation; to Limited Industrial, General Industrial, Highway Commercial and Professional and Admini- strative Offices for that approximately 356 acres of land located between Hopyard Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks beginning approximately 1,500 feet south of Highway I-580 has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has examined perti- nent maps, drawings and documents and has made the following findings: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare. 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend to the City Council that both the 1968 General Plan and the General Plan Revision be amended as shown on the site map, Exhibit A, as petitioned.
