PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1323 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to <br />the City Council the adoption of CPA-74-12. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Willow West Properties <br />for an amendment of the Pleasanton General <br />Plan from Limited Industrial, General In- <br />dustrial, Highway Commercial, Service <br />Commercial, Professional and Administrative <br />Offices and Parks and Recreation; to Limited <br />Industrial, General Industrial, Highway <br />Commercial and Professional and Admini- <br />strative Offices for that approximately <br />356 acres of land located between Hopyard <br />Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />tracks beginning approximately 1,500 feet <br />south of Highway I-580 has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined perti- <br />nent maps, drawings and documents and <br />has made the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not <br />be contrary to the spirit and intent of <br />the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in <br />the public interest and general welfare. <br />3.
