PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1326 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton approving UP-74-23. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Steven Old field fora conditional <br />use permit to allow the establishment of a pet shop <br />at 2835 Hopyard Road; zoning for the property being <br />C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) District, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby approves UP-74-23, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the major activity of the store shall be for <br />the sale of tropical fish, but that the sale of <br />kittens, puppies, small birds and other small animals <br />may be an ancillary activity. Supplies needed for <br />the raising of these animals may also be sold. <br />Adult dogs or other large animals capable of creating <br />loud noises, offensive odors or other types of <br />nuisances, shall not be kept on the premises. <br />2.
