PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 1327 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br /> adoption of RZ-74-14. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br /> has applied for an amendment to Sec. 2-7.08, <br /> Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br /> of the City of Pleasanton, to delete the rental of <br /> hand tools, garden tools, power tools, trailers and <br /> other similar equipment as a conditionally allowed <br /> use in the C-C (Central Commercial) District, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br /> held a public hearing on this application and has <br /> examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton recommends to the City Council said <br /> ordinance amendment as follows: <br />Subsection (a) of 2-7.08 (Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses), Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordi- <br />nance Code of the City of Pleasanton, is hereby <br />amended by deleting rental hand tools, garden tools, <br />power tools, trailers and other similar equipment <br />as conditionally permitted uses in the C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 13th day of November, 1974, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Covunissioners Butler, Doherty, <br />McLain and Chairman Wood <br />Commissioner Garrigan <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: November 13, 1974 <br />Attest: ' '~ j <br />Robert J. is, Secretary <br />Walt Wood, Chairman <br />
