PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1330 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the <br />modification of Resolution No. 1323, adopted on <br />November 13, 1974. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />under Resolution No. 1323 dated November 13, 1974, <br />recommended to the City Council the adoption of GP-74-1 <br />as petitioned, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of December 9, <br />1974, voted to return said application to the Planning <br />Commission for further input regarding the 28-1/2 acres <br />designated for Professional and Administrative Offices, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at their meeting of December <br />1974, did review said application, and examined perti- <br />nent testimony, maps and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that upon further review of GP-74-12, the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, does <br />hereby modify their original recoawendation to the <br />City Council under Resolution No. 1323 adopted on <br />November 13, 1974, as follows: <br />1. That the northernmost 12 acres of the proposed <br />28-1/2 scree designated as Brofeasional and Admin- <br />istrative Offices remain with that designation, and <br />that the remaining 16-1/2 acres be designated as <br />Limited Industrial. <br />2.
