PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1327 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton denying AP-74-9. <br />WHEREAS, the appeal of Mrs. Rose Roach to an adverse <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator to allow <br />a home occupation permit to conduct a pottery <br />and hobby crafts business in the garage of <br />her residence at 1114 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton <br />has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a hearing on this application and has <br />examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby make the finding that <br />the conditions required for the granting of this <br />variance as noted in the Home Occupation Ordinanc <br />of the City of Pleasanton cannot be made in this <br />instance, and therefore denies AP-74-9. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of January, 1975, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Butler, Doherty, <br />Carrigan, McLain and Chairman <br />Wood <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: January 8, 1975 <br />Attest. ~ , <br />Robert J:~li/r s, Secretary <br />,. <br />i~ ~ n . ,~'~y) <br />Walt Wood, Chairmen <br />
