PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1329 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton approving UP-75-3. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Kaiser Sand and Gravel for a condi- <br />tional use permit to operate a portable asphaltic concre <br />plant at 3311 Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton; for a <br />period not to exceed two years; zoning for the property <br />is I-G (General Industrial) District, has come before <br />this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />held a public hearing on this application and has <br />examined pertinent maps, documents and testimony and <br />has made the following findings: <br />a. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purpose of the district in which the site is locat <br />b. That the proposed Location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare or materially injurious to the <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />c. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton does hereby approve UP-75-3, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the plant is approved for a period not to <br />exceed two years. <br />2. That the plant be solely for the use of Gallagher <br />and Burk and Kaiser Sand and Gravel. <br />3. That no other activities beyond those described in <br />Exhibit "A", on file with the Planning Department, be <br />carried out at the subject site without City approval. <br />4. That all conditions of Case Z-75-6 be complied with. <br />5. That all trucks utilizing the portable asphaltic <br />concrete plant enter from and exit to the north <br />utilizing E1 Charro Road only and that none of these <br />vehicles traverse surface streets within the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 13th day of February, 1975, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Butler, Doherty, Ga <br />and Acting Chairmen McLain <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Wood <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />
