PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1330 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission <br /> of the City of Pleasanton recommending <br /> to the City Council an ordinance amend- <br /> ment filed under RZ-75-1. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br /> for an amendment to Section 2-7.21(1), <br /> Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br /> to allow nurseries as a conditional use <br /> in the I-P (Industrial Park) District, <br /> has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br /> this application and has reviewed pertinent <br /> maps, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br /> of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends <br /> to the City Council an addition to Section <br /> 2-7.21(1), Aritcle 9, Chapter 2, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to read as follows: <br />i. nurseries <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton on the 13th day of February, <br />1975, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Butler, Doherty, <br />Carrigan and Acting Chairman <br />McLain <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Wood <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATED: February 13, 1975 <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ , <br />Ro arras, Secretary F. oge McLain, C airman <br />
