PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1333 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />recommending to the City Council approval <br />of the appeal filed by Richard Burge to a <br />modification of PUD-73-2. <br />REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton reviewed the referral from City <br />Council for a second-story addition to <br />Building No. 4 located within the Valley <br />Plaza Center, and <br />REAS, the Planning Commission did review perti- <br />nent maps, drawings, documents and testimony. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />does hereby reverse its decision of denial <br />filed under Resolution No. 1324 dated <br />November 13, 1974, and recommends to the <br />City Council approval of said modification <br />to PUD-73-2, with the following conditions: <br />1. That the revision be as shown on the <br />site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, with <br />the exception that the second-story be set <br />back 10 feet from the western PL of the <br />shopping center, and that approval of this <br />revision in no way be construed to indicate <br />approval of any other revision to the final <br />approved plan for PUD-73-2. <br />2. That the revisions shall be subject to <br />all applicable conditions of Ordinance No. <br />719 under which PUD 73-2 was approved and <br />which is included here by reference. <br />3. That approval of this revision is sub- <br />ject to the approval of UP-74-22 by the City. <br />4. That the developer be reminded that <br />sanitary sewer service is not available to <br />service the second floor addition and that <br />he must apply for and be granted a holding <br />tank to accommodate this expansion before <br />construction can begin. <br />5. That the western elevation of the pro- <br />posed addition be redesigned to modify or <br />eliminate the windows shown and that this <br />revised elevation be approved by the <br />Planning Department prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />
