PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION NO. 1333 A resolution of the Planning Commission recommending to the City Council approval of the appeal filed by Richard Burge to a modification of PUD-73-2. REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton reviewed the referral from City Council for a second-story addition to Building No. 4 located within the Valley Plaza Center, and REAS, the Planning Commission did review perti- nent maps, drawings, documents and testimony. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby reverse its decision of denial filed under Resolution No. 1324 dated November 13, 1974, and recommends to the City Council approval of said modification to PUD-73-2, with the following conditions: 1. That the revision be as shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, with the exception that the second-story be set back 10 feet from the western PL of the shopping center, and that approval of this revision in no way be construed to indicate approval of any other revision to the final approved plan for PUD-73-2. 2. That the revisions shall be subject to all applicable conditions of Ordinance No. 719 under which PUD 73-2 was approved and which is included here by reference. 3. That approval of this revision is sub- ject to the approval of UP-74-22 by the City. 4. That the developer be reminded that sanitary sewer service is not available to service the second floor addition and that he must apply for and be granted a holding tank to accommodate this expansion before construction can begin. 5. That the western elevation of the pro- posed addition be redesigned to modify or eliminate the windows shown and that this revised elevation be approved by the Planning Department prior to issuance of a building permit.
