PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Cfty of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1334 <br />A resolution of the Planning Conmmission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending to the City <br />Council the adoption of RZ-75-3. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Ken Hart to rezone from the <br />C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to the C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District, approximately <br />nine acres of land located at 3716 Stanley <br />Boulevard, Pleasanton, has come before this <br />Comsission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application <br />and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents and has made the following findings: <br />i. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby make the finding that <br />said rezoning application is in conformance with <br />the General Plan and recommends to the City <br />Council the adoption of RZ-75-3, as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commisaion of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 20th day of March, 1975, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Commissioners Butler, Doherty, <br />McLain and Chairman Wood <br />Noea: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Date: March 20, 1975 <br />Attest: <br />~~'~,k ~titic~- <br />Robert J.
