PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1336 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, approving UP-75-5. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rodney Busk for renewal of a con- <br />ditional use permit to sell mobile homes at the Vineya <br />Villa Mobile Home Park located at 3263 Vineyard Avenue <br />zoning for the property being BM-4000 (Multiple Resi- <br />dential) District, has come before this Commission, a^ <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />held a public hearing on this application and has <br />examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents, and <br />has made the following findings: <br />a. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />loca ted. <br />b. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or materially injurious to <br />the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />c. That the proposed conditional use permit will <br />comply with each of the applicable provisions of this <br />chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton does hereby approve UP-75-5, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That no on-site advertising, including banners, <br />pinwheels and similar devices be used at this location. <br />2. That this location within the City be listed with <br />the Department of Motor Vehicles as the primary point <br />of sale for all new and used mobile homes sold at <br />the Vineyard Villa Mobile Park. <br />3. That no more than ten new unsold mobile units be <br />displayed on the site at any one time. <br />4. That this permit is granted for the period of one <br />year expiring April 9, 1976. <br />5. That no signing be used in conjunction with the sa <br />of mobile homes on the site except for the approxi- <br />mately 2 ft. X 2 ft. sign now attached to the front <br />of the mobile home office. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the Cthe followinanvote n <br />the 9th day of April, 1975, by 8 <br />
