4. That the developer post a cash bond or <br />letter of credit in an amount satisfactory to <br />the Chief Building Inspector to provide for <br />future removal of the temporary sales office <br />improvements and conversion of the sales <br />office back to a garage and that the sales <br />office be converted back to a garage prior <br />to final building inspection. <br />5. That the six foot high redwood fence be <br />constructed in accordance with the City stand- <br />ard detail with 6 in. x 6 in. posts 3 feet <br />in the ground and redwood slats on the outside <br />of the fence to preclude easy access to the <br />rear yards. <br />6. That this use permit is granted for one <br />year at which time the proponents must reapply <br />for a new permit if they wish to continue use <br />of the complex. <br />7. That all trees used in the model home <br />complex be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and <br />all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons in size. <br />8. That a burglar alarm system be installed <br />in all model homes, said alarm system to be <br />approved by the Police Department prior to <br />installation. <br />9. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or <br />similar attention drawing devices be utilized <br />in the complex. <br />10. That the developer post a map in the sales <br />office showing the type of facilities and land <br />uses surrounding the complex. <br />11. That signs be posted within the models <br />and the sales office advising prospective <br />buyers of those features of the homes which <br />are optional and not included as part of the <br />purchase price. <br />12.
