4. That the developer post a cash bond or letter of credit in an amount satisfactory to the Chief Building Inspector to provide for future removal of the temporary sales office improvements and conversion of the sales office back to a garage and that the sales office be converted back to a garage prior to final building inspection. 5. That the six foot high redwood fence be constructed in accordance with the City stand- ard detail with 6 in. x 6 in. posts 3 feet in the ground and redwood slats on the outside of the fence to preclude easy access to the rear yards. 6. That this use permit is granted for one year at which time the proponents must reapply for a new permit if they wish to continue use of the complex. 7. That all trees used in the model home complex be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons in size. 8. That a burglar alarm system be installed in all model homes, said alarm system to be approved by the Police Department prior to installation. 9. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or similar attention drawing devices be utilized in the complex. 10. That the developer post a map in the sales office showing the type of facilities and land uses surrounding the complex. 11. That signs be posted within the models and the sales office advising prospective buyers of those features of the homes which are optional and not included as part of the purchase price. 12.
