PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1338 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />approving Z-75-34. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Barbara Whipple for <br />permission to conduct a cake baking busi- <br />ness from her residence at 4117 Cid Way, <br />Pleasanton; zoning for the property being <br />R-1-6500 (Single Family) District, has <br />come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br />hearing on this application and has reviewed <br />pertinent testimony and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves <br />said application, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the activities carried out at <br />4117 Cid Way in connection with the <br />business be limited to the baking of cakes <br />only. <br />2. That the property address not be <br />contained in any advertising done for the <br />business. <br />3. That no customers come to the property <br />in connection with the business. <br />4. That no traffic of any type, excluding <br />that which would be generated by the appli- <br />cant herself in her own car, be generated <br />as a result of the business. <br />5. That this application is granted for <br />a period of one year from the date of <br />approval and that at that time the appli- <br />cant either cease operation or reapply to <br />the city for an extension of the home <br />occupation. <br />6. That no signing be used in conjunction <br />with the business. <br />7. That the applicant provide a portable <br />fire extinguisher with a minimum 2A rating, <br />the extinguisher to be mounted in the kitchen <br />area with its top not more than 5 ft. from <br />the floor and that it be easily accessible. <br />8. That except as modified by paragraphs <br />1 through 7 above, all regulations enumerated <br />in Section 2-10.17, Article 20, Chapter 2, <br />
