PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1347 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton, recommending to the <br />City Councl the adoption of a new land use <br />zoning district - the proposed Hillside <br />Planned Development District. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has established the <br />requirement for such a Hillside Planned <br />Development Ordinance, and the Planning <br />Commission has held a public hearing on this <br />proposed amendment and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />recommends to the City Council an amendment <br />to Sec. 2-5.05, 2-6.14 and 2-5.36, Chapter <br />2, Title II, and the addition of Article 32 <br />(Hillside Planned Development District (H-P-D) <br />to Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton, all relating to <br />hillside development, as per Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, and <br />finds that said ordinance is consistent with <br />the City's General Plan and tentatively <br />adopted General Plan. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 11th day of June, 1975, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Doherty, Carrigan, <br />Shepherd and Chairman Wood <br />Commissioner Butler <br />Secretary <br />Date: June 11, 1975 <br />Attest: <br />~ ~ ' ' ~~ ~ 1 <br />Robe Harris, Secretary Walt Wood, Chairman <br />
