PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1349 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton, denying UP-75-12. <br />WHEREAS, the application of E. E. and B. J. Cowdery for <br />a conditional use permit to continue to keep five <br />hens at their residence at 2824 Calle Reynoso; <br />zoning for the property being R-1-6500 District, has <br />come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br /> has held a public hearing on this application, and <br /> has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents, <br /> and has made the following finding: <br /> 1.
