PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Resolution No. 1354 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-15. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Ark Schools for a con- <br />ditional use permit to keep two ducks, <br />two chickens and four rabbits at the school <br />located at 883 Rose Avenue; zoning for the <br />property being RM-1500 (Multiple Residential) <br />District has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and has made <br />the following findings: <br />a. That the proposed location of the condi- <br />tional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of this chapter and the purposes of the dis- <br />trict in which the site is located. <br />b. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not <br />be detrimental to the public health, safety <br />or welfare or materially injurious to the <br />property or improvements in the vicinity. <br />c. That the proposed conditional use will <br />comply with each of the applicable provi- <br />sions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approves UP-75-15 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That no more than two hens, two ducks <br />and four rabbits be kept on the subject site <br />at any one time and that the location of <br />these animals be as shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Depart- <br />ment. <br />2. That the areas occupied by these animals <br />be maintained at all times to the satisfaction <br />of the Alameda County Health Department. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of July, 1975 by <br />
