PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1357 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />Z-75-89. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Sam Sutphen to conduct <br />a locksmith business from his residence at <br />460 Division Street, Apartment 21, Pleasanton <br />has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton held a hearing on this applica- <br />tion and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />hereby approves said application subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is issued for six (6) <br />months only and that by January 9, 1976 the <br />applicant shall have ceased all operations <br />from his home. <br />2, That all materials, supplies, and equip- <br />ment used in connection with the business <br />be kept in the applicant's three-quarter <br />ton pick-up truck at all times. <br />3. That no customers come 'to the residence <br />at any time. <br />4, That the property address not be con- <br />tained in any advertising done for the busi- <br />ness. <br />5. That no traffic be generated in con- <br />nection with the business except that which <br />Mr. Sutphen creates with the use of his <br />truck. <br />6. That no deliveries of materials used <br />in conjunction with the business be made to <br />the residence at any time. <br />7. That except as modified by paragraphs <br />1 through 6 above, all regulations enumerated <br />in Section 2-10.17, Article 20, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton (attached hereto) be complied <br />with . <br />8. That violation of any of the conditions <br />listed above will constitute violation of <br />
