<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1362 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission re- <br />commending to the City Council the approval <br />of Z-75-111. <br />the application of Vic Lund, Jr., for design <br />HEREAS, review approval to remodel a commercizonin <br />g <br />building located at 2340 ~Office)eDistrict, <br />for the property being <br />said property located within the Civic Overlay <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />and <br />dHEREAS, the Planning Commission~lichhearing on <br />Pleasanton has held a p ertinent <br />this application and has examined p <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />vOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasantonsubrect toctmmefollowing <br />approval of Z-75-111, J <br />conditions: <br />1, That except as modified in condition <br />number 2 below, the development beelevations <br />tially as shown on the site plan, on file <br />and landscape plan, Exhibit A and B, <br />with the Planning Department. <br />2, That the landscaped peninsula extending <br />from the building northward to ter treenon <br />willow tree (indicated as a p PP <br />the plot plan) terminate at the end of the <br />southern row of parking and that a landscaped <br />island approximately 4 ft. in diameter be <br />created around the tree. <br />3, That all rubbish and trash be contained <br />at all times within a trash enclosure con- <br />structed of materials architecturally com- <br />patible with the main structure. <br />4, That if signing is desired, the applicant <br />submit an overall comprehensive signing pro- <br />gram. for the development for review under <br />separate application. <br />5, That all street numbers be posted so as <br />to be easily read from the street day and <br />night. <br />y, That all ducts, meters, air condiWhether <br />units and other mechanical equipment, <br />on the roof, on the ground~lio viewewithe <br />reasonably screened from p <br />materials architecturally compatible with the <br />main structure. <br />W <br />
