PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1365 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving the appeal of Harold Johnson. WHEREAS, the appeal of Harold Johnson to a denial of the Zoning Administrator to allow a part-time television repair service from his residence at 2609 Corte Elena, Pleasan- ton, has come before this Commission, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said application, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the property address not be con- tained in any advertising done for the business. 2. That no signs identifying or adver- tising the business be installed on the property. 3. That no customers come to the property in connection with the business. 4. That the business be part-time only. 5. That except as modified by Paragraphs one through four above, all regulations enumerated in Section 2-10.17, Article 20, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton (copy attached) be complied with. 6. That this application is granted for a period of six months from date of approval to expire on February 13, 1976, and at that time you either cease operation or reapply to the City for extension of the home occu- pation.
