PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1365 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving the <br />appeal of Harold Johnson. <br />WHEREAS, the appeal of Harold Johnson to a denial <br />of the Zoning Administrator to allow a <br />part-time television repair service from <br />his residence at 2609 Corte Elena, Pleasan- <br />ton, has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves <br />said application, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the property address not be con- <br />tained in any advertising done for the <br />business. <br />2. That no signs identifying or adver- <br />tising the business be installed on the <br />property. <br />3. That no customers come to the property <br />in connection with the business. <br />4. That the business be part-time only. <br />5. That except as modified by Paragraphs <br />one through four above, all regulations <br />enumerated in Section 2-10.17, Article 20, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton (copy attached) <br />be complied with. <br />6. That this application is granted for <br />a period of six months from date of approval <br />to expire on February 13, 1976, and at that <br />time you either cease operation or reapply <br />to the City for extension of the home occu- <br />pation. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of August, 1975, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Butler, <br /> Shepherd and Chairman Wood <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioners Doherty and <br /> Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: August 13, 1975 <br />ATTEST: <br />p <br />V~ '. <br />~.= c <br />Ro er H rris, Secretary Walt Wood, C airman <br />
