PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION NO. 1369 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-23. WHEREAS, the application of Tennis Town Racquet Club for a conditional use permit to operate a tennis club and commercial recreation fac- ility in an I-G (General Industrial) District at 7090 Johnson Industrial Drive has before this Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents and has made the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objec- tives of the this chapter and the purposes of the district in which this site is located. B. That the proposed location of the con- ditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious to pro- perties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said application, subject to the following con- ditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan and floor plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That a total of 125 parking spaces meeting all City Standards, be installed and maintained on the land leased by the proponent prior to use of the property as a tennis center. 3. That all potholes and ruts in the paving surrounding the warehouse building and drive- ways marked entry and exit be repaired accord- ing to City paving standards.
