PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1369 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-23. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Tennis Town Racquet Club <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a <br />tennis club and commercial recreation fac- <br />ility in an I-G (General Industrial) District <br />at 7090 Johnson Industrial Drive has before <br />this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and has made the <br />following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the <br />conditional use is in accord with the objec- <br />tives of the this chapter and the purposes <br />of the district in which this site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not <br />be detrimental to the public health, safety <br />or welfare, or materially injurious to pro- <br />perties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will <br />comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said <br />application, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan and floor plan, Exhibit <br />A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That a total of 125 parking spaces <br />meeting all City Standards, be installed and <br />maintained on the land leased by the proponent <br />prior to use of the property as a tennis <br />center. <br />3. That all potholes and ruts in the paving <br />surrounding the warehouse building and drive- <br />ways marked entry and exit be repaired accord- <br />ing to City paving standards. <br />
